Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, 20-year-old practice. Work Schedule

We are open to both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates. We offer flexibility for the right person and can accommodate two part-time roles if preferred.

About the Role

Our office serves a younger population with a low incidence of periodontal disease, seeing an average of 7–8 patients per day. We are looking for a hygienist who is not only clinically skilled but also brings a positive personality to our collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Virginia RDH License.
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
• Open to new graduates depending on individual fit and personality.
• A "team-player" attitude with a focus on patient relationships.
