REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

$62–$64/HOUR | 4-DAY WORKWEEK | UP TO 12 PAID HOLIDAYS

MEET THE OFFICE

We are a well-established, owner-operated private dental practice in Cambridge, MA, seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.

We pride ourselves on a supportive, close-knit environment, excellent employee retention, and providing honest, patient-centered dental care.

Our fully digital practice uses modern technology, including Eaglesoft, digital X-rays, CBCT, and Trios intraoral scanners.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license (required)
• Local anesthesia license preferred, not required
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
• Comfortable discussing clinical findings and treatment options with patients
• Experience with digital technology preferred; training available
• Dependable, team-oriented, and seeking long-term stability
• New graduates are welcome!
• Reliable commute to Cambridge

SCHEDULE

MONDAY–THURSDAY | 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

• 1-hour unpaid lunch: 1:00–2:00 PM
• 36–40 hours anticipated per week
• 3-day workweek also considered
• Potential Friday scheduling beginning in January
• Consistent scheduled hours, regardless of patient cancellations

COMPENSATION

$62–$64 PER HOUR

PLUS MONTHLY PROFIT-SHARING OPPORTUNITIES

Historically averaging an additional $2–$4 per hour worked.
