The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious, outcome-driven, and well-spoken Office Manager to lead our non-clinical day-to-day operations. This role is vital for allowing our clinical team to focus on patient care and business growth. You will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to grow professionally as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day non-clinical operations of the office.
- Oversee and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including monthly collection targets.
- Manage the office schedule to ensure it is full, efficient, and on time.
- Ensure a five-star patient experience from check-in to check-out.
- Navigate business functions such as chasing accounts receivable (AR).
- Work independently with a high degree of autonomy (minimal hand-holding).
Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of office experience. Dental office experience is strongly preferred, however, we are open to candidates with strong medical office backgrounds who are ready for a learning curve.
Skills: Strong communication skills (must be well-spoken) and a professional demeanor for patient interaction.
Attributes: Ambitious, hardworking, and highly motivated to succeed in an outcome-based environment.
Technology: Proficient in using digital office tools. Our office uses The Dental App, digital EMR, cloud-based software, and digital imaging (CT scans/X-rays).
Schedule & Compensation:
Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (8:30 AM - 2:30 PM) to accommodate morning team huddles at 8:40 AM.
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (starting as hourly with a transition to salary after a successful trial period).
