We are expanding our hygiene team and seeking motivated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) to join our established, privately-owned practice in Dover, DE. Schedule	Mon–Thurs 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (FT & PT flexible)
Compensation	$45.00 – $50.00 / hour base + bonuses (average earnings ~$60.00 / hour)
Support Staff	Hygiene Assistants dedicated to turning rooms and prepping
Software	Eaglesoft (Fully digital practice)

Work Schedule & Hours

• Flexibility: Both Full-Time and Part-Time schedule options are available.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Delaware.
