1 doctor, 3 hygienists, 2 assistants, 2 front desk, 1 office manager
8 patients per day with quality appointment times:
1-hour cleanings
2-hour SRPs and periodontal maintenance
Technology: Eaglesoft
Friendly, outgoing team with strong communication and supportive atmosphere
Fun, engaging culture with regular team events and staff appreciation
Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
1-hour unpaid lunch
Very flexible scheduling - willing to accommodate preferred hours
What We're Looking For
Licensed Dental Hygienist in Maine (or eligible)
Patient-focused with strong communication skills
Team-oriented and dependable
Comfortable working independently with full autonomy
Compensation & Benefits
$48-$55/hr
4 weeks PTO (with 1 week office closure in July)
Paid major holidays, including extended Thanksgiving and Christmas time off
