The Role
We're looking for a skilled, polished, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. You'll support complex cosmetic procedures, assist with digital workflows, and help ensure an exceptional patient journey from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Provide chairside support during cosmetic and restorative procedures (veneers, whitening, implant cases, etc.)
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a sterile, welcoming environment
Take and process digital radiographs (X-rays)
Manage infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with OSHA and DOH guidelines
Handle digital scans, lab cases, and coordination with dental technicians
Educate and guide patients through pre- and post-treatment care
Maintain clinical supply inventory and order materials as needed
Contribute to a seamless, elevated patient experience
Ideal Candidate
NYS-licensed or certified Dental Assistant
1-3+ years of experience in a private, cosmetic, or high-end dental practice
Familiarity with digital scanning (Trios, iTero, 3Shape, or similar) is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional demeanor
Discreet, organized, and comfortable with high-profile clientele
Aesthetic eye and appreciation for design, detail, and luxury service
