Our office specializes in high-end cosmetic and implant-related treatments, ensuring a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. We pride ourselves on our warm, family atmosphere and impressive staff longevity—one of our assistants has been part of our team for 18 years, and another recently retired after 20 years.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

• Experience & Education: A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license is preferred; however, it is not required for the right candidate.
• Willingness to Learn: We are highly open to training an individual who is eager to learn and passionate about the dental field.
• Key Traits: The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is motivated to grow their skills in a specialized cosmetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor with a wide scope of dental therapy, including complex cosmetic and implant procedures.
• Utilize advanced technology such as lasers, trivia scans, and fully digital workflows to provide top-tier care.
• Maintain a high standard of patient interaction and clinical support within a fast-paced, digital office.
• Participate in daily huddles and collaborate with our team of doctors, assistants, and hygienists to ensure seamless office flow.

Schedule

This is a versatile position split between our two beautiful locations.

Location	Typical Days	Hours
San Jose	Tuesday & Thursday	8:15 am (Huddle) - 5 pm
Aptos	Wednesday	8:15 am (Huddle) - 5 pm
Flex Day	Monday or Friday	8:15 am (Huddle) - 5 pm

• The schedule typically consists of 4 days per week (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri).

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $33.00 – $37.00 per hour.
• Candidates with extensive experience may be eligible for a higher starting rate.
