Lead Dental Assistant

Wesley Chapel Dentistry is seeking a Lead Clinical Assistant to join our modern, fee-for-service, comprehensive restorative and surgical practice. Established 23 years ago by our founding doctor, our practice is built on kindness, precision, and personalized patient care. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive team environment where we take great care of one another and deliver beautiful, life-changing results for our patients.

Requirements:

Prior Lead Dental Assistant Experience

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing 2 operatories (double-column system)

Skilled in sterilization, infection control, operatory turnover, and patient flow

Full-Time Schedule:

Mon 7:30am - 5:30pm

Tues 7:30am - 3:30pm

Wed 7:30am- 5:00pm

Thurs 7:30am - 3:30pm

Occasional Fridays

Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm

Hourly Rate:

$20.00 – $35.00 (Depending

on experience)
