We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our easygoing, patient-focused practice in Lincoln, NE. If you’re looking for an office where you can build genuine relationships with patients—without the pressure of sales or production goals—this is the perfect fit.

• Small private practice
• 8 patients per day with 1-hour appointments
• Technology: Dexis & Open Dental
• Relaxed, supportive environment with an easygoing team
• Strong focus on patient connection and quality care, not production

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• First patient starts at 8:00 AM
• No weekends

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Nebraska (or eligible)
• Patient-centered with strong communication skills
• Team-oriented and positive attitude
• Someone who enjoys building long-term patient relationships

Compensation & Benefits

• $48–$52/hr
