Certified Dental Assistant (Pediatric/Ortho) – Newton, MA

Pay: $26.00 – $33.00/hour (based on experience/credentials)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, no weekends

We are currently seeking an experienced Certified Dental Assistant looking for a new dental home!

Schedule & Hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Friday: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM (straight through)

Must be willing to arrive at 5:00 AM once or twice per month for general anesthesia hospital/surgical cases (pediatric side only)

Licensing & Clinical Requirements

Preferred: Formally trained or certified dental assistant legally permitted to perform prophylaxis, coronal polishing, and sealants on pediatric patients under state regulations

Also Considered: Experienced on-the-job trained (OJT) assistants for chairside assisting only (orthodontic or pediatric). Duties will be strictly confined to chairside work with no prophy/polishing.

Ideal Profile: Cross-trained across pediatric chairside, orthodontic chairside, and hygiene/prophylaxis columns
