We practice with state-of-the-art equipment in a fully digital environment (using TDO software). Our fee-for-service practice has been a staple of the Albany community for 25 years. Because Dr. Aibel is an active educator in an endodontics residency program, we are passionate about teaching and mentoring. We welcome individuals of all experience levels who are eager to learn! 

Position Overview

We are looking to expand our assistant team by hiring a passionate, energetic Dental Assistant. No previous dental assisting experience is required! We will train you from the ground up, teaching you everything from clinical assisting to state-of-the-art endodontic procedures. This is the perfect entry point into a rewarding dental career without needing prior licensing or schooling.

• Experience: None needed! We welcome all experience levels and love to train. We want to avoid poaching from referral practices, making raw talent our favorite to work with!
• Personality: A fun, friendly, and outgoing personality who loves interacting with people.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, confidence, and a customer-service mindset.
• Team Player: Ready to collaborate with our clinical team of 5 Dental Assistants and 2 Doctors.
