Full job description:
Dental Assistant (Full-Time) – Join a Warm, Stable Team & Learn from a Spear Instructor!
About Our Practice
We believe in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. We are a deeply established, digital practice in Albuquerque, focused on educating our patients and empowering them to choose the best dentistry for their needs—never forcing treatment or high-pressure sales.
When you join us, you are joining a true work family. Our team is incredibly stable: our current Dental Assistant has been with us for 7 years, our Dental Hygienist has been here for over 20 years, and Dr. Boehmer has been practicing for over 20 years. We are looking for an open, eager-to-learn Dental Assistant to complete our close-knit team (1 Doctor, 1.5 Hygienists, and 1 Dental Assistant).
The Spear Education Advantage: Dr. Boehmer is a certified Spear Education Instructor and hosts dedicated, paid team training once a week. If you are passionate about growing your clinical skills and learning from one of the best in the field, this is the perfect place for you!

- Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hour, commensurate with experience.
