We pride ourselves on a culture that values longevity and work-life balance—our team is a close-knit "dental family" where most of our hygienists and assistants have been with us for over 11 years. We believe in a "work to live, not live to work" philosophy, offering a high-quality, drama-free environment without micromanagement.

Paid Time Off: 1 week after your first year; 2 weeks after your second year.
Paid Holidays: Holidays falling on scheduled workdays are paid.

Work Schedule

We are open to both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates. We offer flexibility for the right person and can accommodate two part-time roles if preferred.

About the Role

Our office serves a younger population with a low incidence of periodontal disease, seeing an average of 7–8 patients per day. We are looking for a hygienist who is not only clinically skilled but also brings a positive personality to our collaborative environment.

Requirements:

Valid Virginia RDH License.
Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
Open to new graduates depending on individual fit and personality.
A "team-player" attitude with a focus on patient relationships.
