We are a private practice in Oldsmar, FL that takes pride in providing our patients with the highest quality dental care and service. Our team is composed of compassionate professionals dedicated to helping our patients maintain the happiest and healthiest smiles! We are currently seeking a motivated Full- Time Lead Dental Assistant with a positive mentality to join our dental family. We’re looking for someone who keeps things moving, loves dentistry, and knows how to make a busy day feel effortless. If you’re an experienced dental assistant who loves what you do, we might be looking for you.

Ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of dental assisting experience who is confident in their clinical skills, enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is ready to step into a leadership role.
• Our Lead DA keeps the clinical side of the practice organized, efficient, and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the doctor and the entire team to create an exceptional experience for both our patients and our team.

Schedule:

M-TH 8:45 am - 5:15 pm

F 8:45 am - 4:15 pm

Compensation and Benefits:

• $25-$27 based off experience
