Meet the Office:

We are a private dental practice located in Woodstock, Georgia. We are a small, close-knit team and we pride ourselves on a family-friendly environment where patient care and teamwork are top priorities.

Our practice values honesty, strong work ethics, punctuality, and a motivated, team-oriented attitude. We emphasize cross-training and a collaborative spirit, where everyone helps to maintain a smooth and caring patient experience. We have excellent employee retention, with many team members having been with us since 2020, and we are excited to find someone who can grow with us long-term.

The ideal candidate for our Front Desk/Administrative position would be someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of dental experience, especially with Open Dental software
• Is highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask (insurance claims, scheduling, patient balances)
• Is a people person with a positive, energetic personality to complement our current team
• Is willing to learn and adapt, especially on insurance and internal processes
• Has strong communication skills and can help build patient relationships
• Is comfortable with working interviews as part of the hiring process

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday (administrative day): 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: Off

Compensation Package:

• Hourly Rate: $20 - $22/hour (based on experience, no exceptions to maintain fairness)
• 401(k) with 3% match
• Health insurance (partial employer contribution for employee only)
