We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our close-knit private practice in Boulder, CO. If you thrive in a calm, quality-driven environment where patient relationships come first, we would love to meet you!

• Fee-For-Service Model: Focus entirely on quality care and meaningful patient interactions without the pressure of insurance restrictions or extreme quotas.
• Unrushed Appointments: Enjoy 1-hour appointments for adult recare patients and 40-minute appointments for pediatric patients.
• Manageable Daily Flow: Treat an average of 6 to 8 patients per day.
• 3-Day Weekends Every Week: Work Monday through Thursday with every Friday off to recharge.
• Modern & Fully Digital: Equipped with 5 operatories and running on Eaglesoft software for smooth clinical workflows.
• Tight-Knit Team: Work closely alongside 1 Doctor, 1 Dental Assistant, and 1 Front Desk Coordinator.

Compensation 

Base Pay: $70 per hour 

Qualifications

• Active Colorado State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or in progress).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate patient demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to build long-term relationships within the Boulder community.
