About Our Practice:
A well-established private dental practice in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. We're a hospital-based private office with a longstanding reputation for quality care and strong patient relationships, many of our patients have been with us for 20+ years. Our hygienists are truly valued members of the team, and we provide a supportive, collaborative environment where your skills and voice matter.

We're looking for a hygienist who is:
Personable, communicative, and team-driven
Passionate about educating patients and building trust
Open to learning (especially scanning technology)
New grads are welcome to apply!

Schedule:
We run a rotating two-week schedule:
Week 1: Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Week 2: Monday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday | 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Morning huddles at 6:45 AM (Week 1) and 7:45 AM (Week 2)

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $48-$55/hr
