Schedule (3-4 Days per Week)

• Monday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Tuesday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (Flexible)
• Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (Twice per month)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $53 - $55 per hour (Flexible based on experience) plus bonus opportunities.
• Medical Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield (Up to $250 covered by office).
• Retirement: 401k with 3% match (after 1 year or 1,000 hours).
• Time Off: 1 week PTO in the first year (increasing to 2 weeks) plus 8 paid holidays.
• Dental Care: In-house care (100% for employee/spouse, 50% for immediate family).
