Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Pediatric Dental Practice

(MUST BE A HYGIENIST)

Location: East Greenwich, RI (5700 Post Road)

Practice: Joanne C. Lewis Pediatric Dentistry (Children's Dentistry of East Greenwich)

Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)

Pay: $45 – $50 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (Closed Mondays, No Nights or Weekends!)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide gentle, high-quality pediatric hygiene care (cleanings, fluoride, exams, digital X-rays) tailored to children and teens (12–15 patients/day).
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and parents to foster positive, anxiety-free dental visits.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventative habits.
• Maintain clinical records using Curve Hero software.
• Support teammates and contribute to a energetic, collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island Dental Hygienist License (RDH).
• A genuine love for working with children and an energetic, team-first mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pediatric environment.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Open to new grads and experienced hygienists looking for a stable long-term home!
