The Schedule (The ”Dream” Shift)
Forget the early morning rush and the late-night fatigue. We offer a balanced schedule designed for longevity:
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Office Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Patient Hours: Your first patient is at 9:40 AM and your last is at 3:40 PM.
Work-Life Balance: While we do not have a designated ”clock-out” lunch hour, our generous scheduling allows for ample breathing room between patients to recharge and catch up.

Compensation & Requirements
Pay: $40 - $45 per hour (based on experience).
Experience: New graduates are welcome! We are happy to mentor the right candidate.
Credentials: * Current Ohio RDH License.
Local Anesthesia & Nitrous Oxide certifications (Strongly preferred).
