Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Privately Owned Practice

Location: Hatboro, PA (Suburban Philadelphia area)

Pay Rate: $45.00 – $50.00 / hour (W-2 Employee)

Schedule & Flexibility

We offer a flexible schedule where you can choose a full-time or part-time slate out of the following available chair times:

• Mondays / Wednesdays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Tuesdays: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Thursdays: 12:30 PM / 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Fridays: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Saturdays (Optional): 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Every other Saturday)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 / hour (W-2 with employer-matched Social Security/Medicare contributions)
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year (with situational flexibility for pre-arranged time off)

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist License
