LaVergne Smiles is a private, family-owned dental practice deeply rooted in our community. Many of our patients have been with us for generations! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, high-quality patient care in a modern, high-tech environment equipped with advanced technology (including a 3D printer for crowns, CBCT, digital scanning, Cavitron, and digital software like Open Dental).

Ideal Candidate

• We are seeking a caring, compassionate, and experienced Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dental family.

• Experience Required: Experience is strongly preferred (though open to discussing qualifications), with comfort in performing local anesthesia, laser therapy, and comprehensive SRPs.
• 
  
• Key Responsibilities: Providing top-tier hygiene care, patient education, and working comfortably with our clinical protocols.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Alternate 1st and 3rd Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2nd and 4th Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $45.00 to $52.00 per hour.

Production Bonuses: Lucrative bonus system based on production, averaging an extra $500 every quarter (every 3 months).

Paid Time Off (PTO): 1 week paid vacation after 1 year (increasing to 2 weeks after 5 years).

Paid Major Holidays: 7 paid holidays (effective after 6 months).
