Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and professional Dental Hygienist (RDH) to expand our growing team.

• Experience Required: Open to new graduates as well as experienced professionals (2–3+ years preferred).
• Key Responsibilities: Providing exceptional patient care, scaling, education, and comprehensive hygiene duties.

Schedule

• Hours:
  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (patient care starts at 9:00 AM)
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Flexibility: Open to discussing part-time or full-time configurations.
• Patient Flow & Timing:
  • Average of 8–12 patients per day.
  • Time allocations: 45 minutes for regular recare/prophy and 1 hour for 2-quad SRP (with flexibility).

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $42.00 to $55.00 per hour (competitive and commensurate with experience).
• Production Bonuses: Lucrative bonus structure including extra earnings per quadrant for SRP, fluoride treatments, and Arestin.
• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  • 1 week PTO after 1 year (increasing to 2 weeks after 2 years, and 3 weeks after 5 years).
  • Additional 1 week of sick leave.
