Our office is a beautiful, modern, and newly renovated space designed to provide both a comfortable experience for our patients and a high-functioning workspace for our professionals. We are a general dentistry practice where you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of procedures and contribute to a team that is constantly looking for ways to grow and improve.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding our team members for their expertise and dedication.

Hourly Rate: $57 – $60+ per hour (depending on experience).

Referral Bonus: $500 for successful referrals.

401(k): 3% matching program.

Insurance: Health insurance for full-time staff or a medical stipend for part-time team members.

Time Off: Paid Time Off (accruing to 40 hours after 2 years) and NJ Sick Time.

Holidays: 5 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday (to be used for your birthday or any day of your choice).

Hours & Details

Monday – Thursday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday

9:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Enjoy your afternoons!)

Lunch Break

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Office shut down)
