We are a general dentistry practice where you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of procedures and contribute to a team that is constantly looking for ways to grow and improve.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding our team members for their expertise and dedication.

Hourly Rate: $57 – $60+ per hour (depending on experience).

Referral Bonus: $500 for successful referrals.

401(k): 3% matching program.

Insurance: Health insurance for full-time staff or a medical stipend for part-time team members.

Time Off: Paid Time Off (accruing to 40 hours after 2 years) and NJ Sick Time.

Holidays: 5 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday (to be used for your birthday or any day of your choice).

Monday – Thursday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday

9:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Enjoy your afternoons!)

Lunch Break

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Office shut down)

Primary Location

401 W Landis Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360

Secondary Location

16 West Vine St, Millville, NJ 08332 (optional shifts available)

Clinical Expectations:

Patient Volume: Average of 6–8 patients per day.

Appointment Length: Approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour per patient, depending on the procedure.

Technology: We utilize Open Dental software to streamline our digital workflow.
