Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative dental hygiene care, cleanings, exams, digital X-rays, and periodontal therapies (~8 patients per day).
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients through clear, compassionate communication and education.
• Partner closely with Dr. Shutts to deliver seamless, comprehensive oral health care.
• Utilize Curve Dental software for clear and efficient clinical documentation in a modern, 3-operatory digital practice.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist License (RDH).
• Outstanding character, integrity, and communication skills (skills can be trained, but character comes first!).
• A friendly, upbeat, and patient-centered demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and local commute capability (local candidates preferred for winter travel safety).
• Open to new graduates as well as experienced hygienists seeking a supportive clinical home.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 based on experience and skill set).
• In-House Dental Benefit: $2,000 / year towards dental care, plus steeply discounted fee structures for major work (employee pays lab fee only).
• Custom Uniforms: Practice-provided embroidered scrubs upon request.
• Sign-On Bonus: Potential sign-on bonus evaluated per candidate (payable after 6 months of employment).
