We are an established and growing private dental practice located in San Antonio, TX, seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is personable, confident, and enjoys building relationships with patients while helping them understand and move forward with their dental treatment.

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous Treatment Coordinator or dental front-office experience
• Understands dental codes, insurance, and treatment plans
• Is confident presenting treatment and discussing costs
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2 Saturdays per month
• Full-time

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19–$22/hour, based on experience
• 2 weeks PTO
• Paid federal holidays
• Up to $2,000 in in-house dental services
