Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our private dental practice on the Main Line, just outside of Philadelphia, is seeking an exceptional Dental Treatment Coordinator to become an important part of our caring and dedicated team.

This is a patient-focused role for someone who combines strong organization and communication skills with genuine warmth and compassion. We are looking for an extraordinary person with a strong work ethic who enjoys helping patients understand their treatment options and feels comfortable guiding them through both clinical and financial conversations.

As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, personal patient experience while helping ensure our doctors’ schedules remain full, balanced, and efficient.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure provider schedules are maintained, full, and balanced efficiently.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and help patients maximize their dental benefits when applicable.
• Present dental treatment clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their recommended care and options.
• Have thoughtful and professional financial conversations with patients regarding their treatment.
• Serve as a patient concierge and help create a warm, friendly, and personal experience from start to finish.
• Communicate with patients in a caring and approachable manner while helping them feel comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient information and treatment coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of dental office experience is required.
• At least 3 years of experience with dental coding is required.
• At least 3 years of experience with dental terminology is required.
• Experience specifically in patient coordination and/or patient care is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience with Dentrix dental software is required.

Compensation Range:

• $55,000–$77,000 in total compensation, including bonus, PTO, and health benefits.
