Job Title: Associate Dentist – Mentorship & High-Earning Potential

About the Practice

Concierge Dental Group is a growing, fast-paced practice serving the Buffalo, NY area (Williamsville, Cheektowaga, and Buffalo). We are a fully digital, technology-forward office dedicated to providing high-quality comprehensive care. We utilize cutting-edge equipment, including CBCT, Tri 3shape intraoral scanners, laser dentistry, digital X-rays, and in-office 3D printing/milling.

We are currently looking for a full-time Associate Dentist who is eager to grow, learn, and excel in a supportive environment. We are deeply committed to mentorship, providing opportunities for clinical growth, particularly in implant restorative work and complex cases.

The Role

• Patient Care: See an average of 16 patients per day with the support of 2 dedicated assistants and a 2-column schedule.
• Procedures: Perform a wide range of general dentistry, including restorations, extractions, dentures, and implant-related work. We encourage autonomy and support you in using the instruments and techniques you prefer.
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday). We are flexible and open to 4-day work weeks (e.g., Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri).

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive, transparent W-2 compensation package designed to reward your clinical success.

• Compensation: 33–35% of collections (Average earning potential of $285,000–$325,000).
• Continuing Education: $2,000 annual CE stipend.
• Professional Support: We pay for your licensing fees and malpractice insurance.
• Additional Perks: Scrub allowance provided.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Credentials: Must possess a valid NY State Medicaid ID. Prior experience credentialed with Liberty Medicaid is preferred.
• Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire for ongoing mentorship and professional development.
