Position Details

Schedule: 3 days/week | 8 AM - 8 PM (1-hr lunch) (Restorative appointments end at 5 PM)
Support: 2-3 assistants
Procedures: Comprehensive general dentistry including crowns, bridges, implants, extractions, root canals, dentures, and partials (minimal pediatrics, referred out)

Compensation

$1,500 daily guarantee for 90 days
Tiered commission on collections:
Up to $60K → 30%
$60K+ → 31%
$70K+ → 32%
$100K+ → 35%
