Compensation & Benefits

• Base Guarantee: $12,000 / month ($144,000 annual base)
• Bonus Structure: 35% collections bonus on production exceeding the base threshold (paid quarterly)

Practice Highlights & Daily Workflow

• Payer Mix: Private fee-for-service practice framework (In-network with select plans; No Medicaid/PPO discounting)
• Facility: Modern 7-operatory building equipped with digital scanning and 3D imaging capabilities
• Pace: ~8 dental patients + 3–4 hygiene exams per day; 1 column schedule
• Support: Dedicated Dental Assistant (DA) assigned directly to you, with full hygiene support
• Clinical Scope: General "bread-and-butter" dentistry (restorative, crowns, exams). Mentorship is available for surgical extractions and implant placement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Alaska dental license (or eligible for unrestricted AK licensure)
• Open to both experienced general dentists and motivated new graduates eager to expand their clinical skill set
• Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for a community-focused practice environment

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Thursday
• No weekends
