Job Title: Dental Front Desk Coordinator

Location: Colts Neck, NJ

Pay: $25 - $32/hr

What We’re Looking For:

Well-spoken, professional demeanor, and proven great customer service skills

Someone who can multitask efficiently

Clinical experience or front desk dental experience

Experience dealing with insurance is required

Knowledge of dental management software (We use Eaglesoft)

A seasoned DA (Dental Assistant) is also welcome to apply

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

1 Saturday/month: 7:30-1pm

Key Responsibilities:

Serving as the primary receptionist/scheduler by managing appointments and the administrative flow

Answering phone calls and managing all patient interactions with professionalism

Handling all patient financials, including billing, entering payments, and writing up treatment plans and payment plans

Managing insurance processes, including insurance verification and processing claims

Navigating Eaglesoft software efficiently

Providing exceptional patient care in a low-volume environment

Supporting the team with an administrative role
