Front Desk Associate or Dental Office Manager

Our thriving private dental practice is seeking a professional, articulate, and highly organized Front Desk Associate/Office Manager to join our team across two beautiful locations. If you are a multitasking pro who loves providing top-tier patient care and has experience with Dentrix, we want to meet you!

Schedule & Locations
This is a full-time role split between our two offices:

Great Neck: 4 days per week
Bayside: 1 day per week
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (All locations)
Days Off: Wednesdays and Sundays

Key Responsibilities

Patient Concierge: Greet patients with a warm smile and provide a professional first impression.
Scheduling: Expertly manage appointments and optimize the daily schedule.
Insurance & Billing: Verify dental insurance coverage, handle billing inquiries, and process payments.
Communication: Articulate treatment plans and office policies clearly to patients.
Requirements
Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Software Proficiency: Experience with Dentrix is required.
Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Compensation:

Pay: Competitive and based on your level of experience. Salary will be discussed in detail during the interview process. *Figure above is just an estimate*
