Position Overview
We are seeking a hard-working, compassionate, and child-friendly Dentist to join our growing clinical team!
Whether you are a board-certified or eligible Pediatric Dentist, or a General Dentist who genuinely loves treating children and wants dedicated pediatric experience, we welcome your application. We are fully equipped and eager to provide hands-on mentorship and training for General Dentists transitioning into a pediatric-focused career.

- Outstanding Work-Life Balance: Maintain a predictable 3-day workweek (Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with no weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality "bread and butter" pediatric dentistry procedures.
- Provide compassionate, child-centered care that builds trust and fosters positive dental experiences.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with parents and guardians regarding oral hygiene, prevention, and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain complete and accurate electronic patient health records in Carestack.
- Collaborate closely with your assigned Dental Assistant and the hygiene team to maintain seamless clinic flow.
Qualifications & Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
- Active or eligible Missouri State Dental License.
- Genuine compassion for children, strong work ethic, and dedication to clinical excellence.
