Role Details

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our practice in a flexible capacity, with options for either part-time (3 days) or full-time (4 days).

• Primary Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Potential: There is a possibility to open for half-days on Fridays as the practice continues to grow.
• Patient Flow: You will manage a double column, seeing an average of 6–8 patients per day based on procedures.

What We Offer

Our compensation package is designed to be highly competitive and rewarding, supporting your professional transition and long-term success:

• Compensation: 30% of monthly adjusted production.
• Guaranteed Minimum: A daily guarantee of $800 for the first three months (or 30%, whichever is higher) to ensure a smooth start.
• Average/Minimum Salary: $200,000/year
• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Benefits: This is a W2 position that includes $2,500 in Continuing Education (CE) credits.

• Professional Support: Access to advanced technology including CT scans, iTero scanners, intraoral cameras, and digital sensors.

The successful candidate will be a clinical leader who excels in communication and patient relationship management. We are looking for:

• Clinical Excellence: Proven ability in diagnosing and closing cases effectively.
• Personal Attributes: Strong leadership skills paired with a collaborative, teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Patient Focus: Comfort seeing patients of all ages, including children.
• Preferred Skills: Spanish language proficiency and experience with Invisalign are significant pluses but not required.
