Chairside Dental Assistant (CDA / RDA)

Our Private practice in Union, NJ is seeking a skilled, down-to-earth Dental Assistant!

Requirements:

• Solid experience in 4-handed chairside dentistry (comfortable assisting with fillings, crowns, root canals, etc.)
• Strong focus on maintaining sterilization standards and back-office organization
• Down-to-earth, positive attitude, and a true team player
• Friendly, social, and passionate about patient care and connection
• CDA / RDA licensure or relevant experience in New Jersey preferred
• Note: Expanded functions (such as making temp crowns or bleaching trays) are not required—we value strong core assisting skills and reliable teamwork!

Full-Time Schedule:

• Monday: 8:15 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: Closed / Off Day
• Thursday: 8:15 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 (Negotiable with strong skills)
