A private, high-quality dental office in Becker, MN is looking for a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative team. We prioritize individualized patient care and education over high-volume patient turnover. Schedule & Hours

• Work Days: Monday through Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)
• Patient Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Morning Huddle: 7:15 AM arrival
• Lunch Break: 1-hour unpaid lunch (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RDH License
• Certification in Local Anesthesia is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a gentle, patient-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to team collaboration
