We are a mission-driven, non-profit dental practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate dental care for children and pregnant women on Missouri Medicaid—at no cost to patients, ever. Founded in 2012, our practice was established to fill a vital community need and has treated nearly 25,000 children to date.

Our team operates as a close-knit family unit committed to patient-centered care, clear communication, and welcoming new team members. Clinically, our practice features state-of-the-art facilities, fully digital technology, Carestack practice management software, and an in-house Sedation Station® for deep sedation dentistry. Beyond the chair, our team actively engages in community outreach, free mobile restorative programs in schools, and back-to-school fairs to ensure every child receives quality care.

Position Details & Work Environment

• Work Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Appointment Pace: 45-minute appointment slots for standard prophy and recall visits. Extended 1-hour appointments are scheduled for older patients (ages 18–20).
• Daily Patient Load: Average of 10–12 pediatric patients per day (treating youth up to age 20 and pregnant mothers).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide gentle, high-quality preventive hygiene care, prophies, fluoride applications, and oral exams for pediatric patients and pregnant mothers.
• Educate young patients and their guardians on proper oral hygiene techniques and nutritional habits in an engaging, encouraging manner.
• Partner seamlessly with your assigned Hygiene Assistant, dental assistants, and pediatric dentists to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate, thorough digital patient health records using Carestack software.
• Foster a warm, welcoming, and anxiety-free environment tailored to young patients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Missouri (or eligible for state licensure).
• Genuine passion for pediatric dentistry and working with children of all ages.
• Compassionate, patient, energetic, and team-oriented approach to care.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and commitment to community health.
