Meet the Office:

We are a well-established family dental practice located in Franklin, Massachusetts, serving the community for over 35 years. Our office has five operatories and two part-time doctors. We pride ourselves on a supportive, close-knit team environment where patient care and long-term relationships are a priority.

We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team.

The ideal Dental Hygienist would be someone who:

• Any Experience is welcomed
• Is licensed to administer anesthesia (preferred but not required)
• Builds strong rapport with patients
• Has a kind, laid-back personality and works well in a drama-free team environment
• Is eager to provide excellent patient care and contribute to a positive office culture

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible to Wednesday if needed)
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (summer hours June through August: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, no lunch break)

Compensation Package:

• Hourly Rate: $55 to $60per hour (based on experience and market rates)
