Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward your clinical expertise and production efforts.

Hourly Rate: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour.
Hygiene Bonus: Earn an extra $500 - $1,000 per month through product sales and adjunctive services (Sealants, Perio Protect, Arestin, Whitening, Nightguards, Invisalign, etc.).
Production Sharing: When the team meets production goals, we split 20% of the bonus production equally.

Health Insurance: Medical coverage available after 90 days.
Retirement: 401k with a 3% company match.
Paid Time Off: Accrual starts at 1 hour for every 52 hours worked (approx. 1 week in the 1st year, 2 weeks in the 2nd year, maxing at 3 weeks).
Sick Leave: 40 hours of paid sick time.
Paid Holidays: Coverage for all major holidays. If a holiday falls on a weekend, you receive a paid day off during the week.
Your Schedule & Clinical Focus
We focus on quality care over quantity. Our hygienists typically see 7-8 patients per day, with a full 60 minutes dedicated to each appointment.

Full-Time Status: 32 - 35 hours per week.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Enjoy your Friday afternoons!).
Qualifications
Valid New York State Dental Hygienist License.
