We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our small, patient-focused private practice. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, close-knit environment where quality care and team culture are a top priority.

About the Practice
8-9 patients per day with quality appointment times:
Software: Eaglesoft
Strong focus on patient care over production
Doctor is dedicated to building a positive, team-oriented culture

Schedule
Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Friday: Closed
1-hour lunch (Mon-Wed)
Arrival time: 7:30 AM
Part time scheduling options available

What We're Looking For
Licensed Dental Hygienist in Missouri (or eligible)
Patient-centered and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
Someone who values a positive, collaborative work environment

Compensation & Benefits
$55-$65/hr
401(k) with 4% match
Paid holidays (6 per year, starting immediately)
PTO (6 days after 1 year; unused PTO can be cashed out)
