At River Valley Dental we're looking for a hygienist who wants enough time to care for their patients, a team that values their expertise, and a practice committed to growth.

Our 5-operatory private practice is led by Dr. Mark Bydalek and Dr. Andrew Tang, two dentists committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and creating an outstanding experience for both patients and our team.

Requirements:
Registered Dental Hygienist (NJ License)
Professional individual who takes their career seriously
Commitment to striving for excellence in patient care
Experience or interest in advanced hygiene coaching/mastery programs

Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 11:30am - 7:15pm (No formal lunch; small breaks only)
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30am - 5:15pm (1-hour lunch break)

Compensation Package:
Hourly rate: $48-$52
