Requirements:

• KY RDH license
• Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide are a plus but not required
• All levels of experience are welcome!

Schedule :

• Ideally full time - can provide flexibility with the schedule
• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday: 7:00 am – 12:30 pm

Compensation Package:

• Hourly rate: $47 - $55 per hour
