Join a boutique, high-end periodontal and implant practice known for delivering ”Four Seasons-level service” and exceptional surgical care. Our office is seeking an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment and takes pride in providing outstanding patient experiences.

About the Practice
Specialty periodontal & implant office (no hygiene)
1 doctor, tight-knit team of 5
~20 patients/day (mix of surgeries, post-ops, and consults)
Known for high-quality, advanced surgical procedures
Strong team culture - collaborative, supportive, and fun
Low turnover (most team members stay long-term)
Regular team events: happy hours, outings, and team-building activities

What You'll Be Doing
Assist in complex periodontal and implant surgeries, including:
Ridge augmentations
Guided bone regeneration
Full-mouth surgical cases
Implant placement and recovery
LANAP procedures
Take and manage CBCT scans
Support patient flow (pre-op, post-op, chairside assistance)
Deliver exceptional patient care and communication
Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized surgical environment

What We're Looking For
Prior surgical dental assisting experience required
Experience in periodontics and/or implant surgery strongly preferred
Strong clinical knowledge (”dental IQ”) and attention to detail
Excellent chairside manner and customer service skills
Ability to work in a high-paced, high-expectation environment
Team-oriented, reliable, and professional

Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (rotating, approx. 1x/month)

Compensation & Benefits
$25-$40/hr (based on experience)
