About the Position
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience and ensuring the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish required; Portuguese strongly preferred), professional, friendly, and confident managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Requirements
Bilingual - Spanish required; Portuguese strongly preferred

Prior dental front desk experience required, including:

Insurance claim submission and verification

Treatment plan presentation and patient communication

Accounts receivable and billing

Scheduling and front office coordination

Schedule:
Monday 8:30-6
Tues 8:30-6
Thurs 8:30-6
Friday 8:30-5:30
Saturdays 8:30-1pm alternating saturdays
Arrival time at least 8:15am
Lunch time: 1 hour, ~12-1pm (Will be staggered bc of check in/out roles)

Compensation + Benefits Package:
