We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a well-established, team-oriented practice known for its positive culture, flexibility, and supportive leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values autonomy, work-life balance, and a genuinely enjoyable workplace.

About the Practice

• 1 doctor, 3 hygienists, 2 assistants, 2 front desk, 1 office manager
• 8 patients per day with quality appointment times:
  • 1-hour cleanings
  • 2-hour SRPs and periodontal maintenance
• Technology: Eaglesoft
• Friendly, outgoing team with strong communication and supportive atmosphere
• Fun, engaging culture with regular team events and staff appreciation

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Very flexible scheduling — willing to accommodate preferred hours

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Maine (or eligible)
• Patient-focused with strong communication skills
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working independently with full autonomy

Compensation & Benefits

• $48–$55/hr
• 4 weeks PTO (with 1 week office closure in July)
• Paid major holidays, including extended Thanksgiving and Christmas time off
