Office Manager Parsippany, NJ 07054
We are looking for a patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator/Admin to join our growing private practice. This is a front-facing role where you'll help patients understand their treatment, navigate finances, and feel confident moving forward with care.
$30-$38/hr

What You'll Do
Present treatment plans and explain costs/insurance
Help patients schedule and move forward with care
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and follow-ups
Keep the office organized and running efficiently

What We're Looking For
Dental front desk, treatment coordinator, or assisting experience (required)
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable discussing finances, insurance, and presenting treatment plans
Organized, reliable, and proactive

Schedule (No Weekends)
Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
