We are seeking a compassionate, independent Dental Hygienist to join a growing mobile dentistry team focused on serving the aging population throughout Washington. This is a unique opportunity for a hygienist who values patient-centered care, flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful community impact.

We provide dental hygiene services directly to patients in care facilities and community settings. Founded by a hygienist, the practice was built with a deep understanding of what hygienists need to succeed clinically while maintaining work-life balance.
This is not a traditional office environment - there are no office politics or production pressure. The focus is simply on delivering compassionate, preventative, and palliative care to underserved patients.

What You'll Do
Provide preventive hygiene care in facility settings
Educate patients and caregivers on oral health and preventative care
Perform oral cancer screenings and hygiene treatment
Work independently throughout the day while remaining supported by the team
Complete charting/documentation digitally within a 24-hour window

Schedule
Flexible 3-4 day work week
Monday-Thursday
Typical patient care hours: 8:15 AM - 3:00 PM
Ability to make up hours when needed

What We're Looking For
Active Washington Dental Hygiene license
Minimum 2 years of hygiene experience
Comfortable working independently/autonomously
Compassionate with a strong public health mindset
Passionate about preventative and palliative care
Comfortable working with geriatric and special needs patients
Strong communication and patient education skills
