We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our expanding team. Located in the coastal community of Homer, our office offers a unique opportunity to practice high-quality dentistry in a setting that feels like the ”Key West of the North”.

Our Office Environment
We pride ourselves on our 5-star reputation and our patient-centered approach. You will work in a beautiful, modern, and spacious facility designed with high ceilings, an open layout, and full climate control.

Capacity: 3 hygiene bays with modern equipment.
Support: Our Dental Assistants are trained to help out when needed, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Technology: We utilize Open Dental software to streamline our administrative and clinical processes.
Role & Schedule
We value your time and the care you provide. Our scheduling ensures you have the time necessary to build relationships with your patients and provide thorough care.

Weekly Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!).
Patient Load: 7-8 patients per day.
Appointment Length: 1 hour per patient.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent.

Hourly Rate: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Relocation Assistance: $8,000 sign-on bonus or moving expense reimbursement to help you transition to Homer.
Retirement: Simple IRA with a 3% employer match.
Dental Care: In-house dental services provided.

Valid Alaska Dental Hygiene License (or eligibility to obtain licensure by credential).
