About the Practice
Intimate team: 1 doctor, 1 office manager, 1 hygienist
7 patients per day with quality appointment times:
1-hour recalls
1.5-hour SRP and new patient visits
Software: Oryx
Friendly, collaborative culture - team meetings often include potlucks
Flexible and understanding with scheduling, especially for those with families
Quarterly long weekends (every 3-4 months)

Schedule
Monday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (first patient at 8:00 AM)
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (first patient at 7:30 AM)
Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What We're Looking For
Licensed Dental Hygienist in Kansas (or eligible)
Friendly, team-oriented, and patient-focused
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Someone who values a positive, drama-free work environment

Compensation & Benefits
$43-$53/hr (depending on experience and benefit selection)
