The Role

We are seeking a versatile Front Desk and payment coordinator to join our growing team. You will be the face of our office, handling both administrative duties and specialized financial coordination.\xa0

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a financial coordinator, managing treatment plan presentations and explaining finances to patients.
Oversee insurance verification, coverage analysis, and payment processing.
Coordinate scheduling for appointments and manage basic front desk administrative duties.

What You Bring

Bilingual Skills: Fluency in a Spanish is REQUIRED
Expertise: A strong understanding of insurance, patient coverage, and billing processes.
Adaptability: Someone who is willing to help out, think outside the box, and jump in where needed.
Multi-tasking: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

- Friday: 7:20am – 3:30pm
- Saturday (Rotating): 8:20am – 3:30pm

Operations Coordinator

Our Private Practice in Warwick is seeking an exceptional Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our leadership support team.

This is not a traditional front desk position. We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and

proactive individual who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and improving systems. This role works closely with the Office Manager and doctors to help ensure our practice operates efficiently while

delivering an outstanding patient experience.

This position begins with front office and scheduling responsibilities during training and

progresses into a broader operations role as competency is demonstrated.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate and optimize the hygiene schedule, with opportunities to assist in doctor scheduling

as you grow into the role.

- Help maintain a productive, efficient daily schedule.

- Track and report key practice performance metrics.

- Assist with operational projects and process improvements.

- Communicate with our marketing company regarding ongoing initiatives.

- Coordinate maintenance and facility-related projects by obtaining quotes and working with

reputable service providers.

- Help ensure important administrative tasks and recurring deadlines are completed on time.

- Support the Office Manager with operational responsibilities while helping the practice continue

to grow.
